Park Policys

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Speed limit 5 mph at the front of the park
Adhere to all posted signs and please respect all marked property boundaries

NO GLASS containers permitted on park grounds
NO DRUGS permitted on premises
NO ILLEGAL activities
NO LEWD conduct
NO Public Intoxication

All camp fires must be contained in fire rings
Dispose of trash in proper garbage reciprocals
No cigarette butts on park grounds
Help maintain our park by not destroying property and keeping your site clean

Children must be supervised and accompanied by parent / guardian at all times
Visitors / Guests must check in with management
Day Pass must be obtained at the time of checking in
Renters are responsible for the actions of his or her children / guests

Any persons not adhering to park policies will be removed (no refunds)
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet, or party arising due to use of park facilities, park kayaks, park bicycles, or caused by others on the premises

Eagles Pointe RV & Camping at the Highlands is not responsible for any damages to property and person. By signing our agreement the tenant, renter or recreational park occupants are responsible for the safety of their property and their person. Please report any dangerous behaviors.
All park policy’s and waivers must be signed upon arrival.
